Terms of Service

You must be legally able to use the service in your location. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate registration information. Guest users may read public information but cannot participate in gameplay.

Gameplay is governed by the published Clash of Names Constitution. Server-authoritative results, including location, combat, voting, and economy outcomes, control over client display state.

Do not harass others, impersonate real people deceptively, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abuse, evade enforcement, or interfere with the service. Fictional combat language does not permit real-world threats.

The service may change or pause for security and maintenance. Material policy changes will be announced before they take effect when reasonably possible.
