OnlyNames must publish the final price, currency, included virtual items, seller identity, support contact, tax treatment, and production payment processor before accepting real money.

OnlyNames 在收取真實款項前，必須公布最終價格、幣別、虛擬物品內容、銷售者身分、客服方式、稅務處理與正式付款處理商。

Virtual items are credited only after a verified paid event. If delivery is missing or a duplicate charge appears, contact [email protected] with the order identifier. Never send full card details.

虛擬物品僅在付款事件驗證完成後入帳。若未收到商品或發生重複扣款，請將訂單識別碼寄至 [email protected]。請勿提供完整信用卡資料。

Refund eligibility follows applicable consumer law and the final checkout terms. Consumed virtual items may be non-refundable where law permits. Unauthorized, duplicate, or undelivered purchases will be investigated promptly.

退款資格依適用的消費者法律與最終結帳條款辦理。在法律允許範圍內，已使用的虛擬物品可能無法退款。未授權、重複扣款或未交付的購買會儘速調查。
