Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Use the subject Account Deletion and include your public display name. Never send a password, OTP, service key, or payment credential.

請使用帳號綁定的電子郵件寄信至 [email protected]，主旨填寫 Account Deletion，並附上公開顯示名稱。請勿提供密碼、一次性驗證碼、服務金鑰或付款資料。

Support will verify control of the account before deletion. The target completion time is 30 days. A request may be delayed when records must be preserved for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or law.

客服會先驗證帳號控制權再執行刪除。目標處理時間為 30 天。若涉及防詐、爭議、會計或法律保存義務，處理可能延後。

Access, profile details, gameplay inventory, and private account associations will be removed or anonymized where permitted. Public messages may be anonymized when deletion would damage the integrity of shared conversations or battle records.

在法律允許範圍內，登入權限、個人資料、遊戲物品與私人帳號關聯將刪除或匿名化。若直接刪除會破壞共同對話或戰鬥紀錄的完整性，公開訊息可能改以匿名方式保留。
